If you just throw files in there without folders, you will never find them again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Folders:<\/strong> Used to group similar files together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sub-folders:<\/strong> Folders inside other folders (e.g., &#8220;Maths&#8221; inside &#8220;Year 7&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organization:<\/strong> Right-clicking folders allows you to change colors or move items easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 <strong>The Checklist: Your Task<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Open your Google Drive and complete these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create a Hub:<\/strong> Click <strong>+ New<\/strong> > <strong>Folder<\/strong> and name it <strong>&#8220;Year 7&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subject Folders:<\/strong> Open your &#8220;Year 7&#8221; folder and create four new folders inside it: <strong>English<\/strong>, <strong>Maths<\/strong>, <strong>Science<\/strong>, and <strong>Computing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Color Code:<\/strong> Right-click your <strong>Computing<\/strong> folder, select <strong>Organize<\/strong>, and change the color to <strong>Red<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfc6 <strong>Level Up!
